Wilson's Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor

Here since 1906, Wilson's Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor anchors the heart of Ephraim with the same home-brewed draft root beer, old-fashioned soda fountain, and jukebox it has always run. The Wilson family started down the road with homemade ice cream and candy; the restaurant changed hands over the generations without changing much else. Each succeeding generation of Door County visitors has made it their first stop.
