Huckleberry Patch Restaurant & Gift Shop

Roadside restaurant and retail shop on US-2 near Hungry Horse that has operated since 1955 as the primary commercial expression of the Montana huckleberry tradition, serving huckleberry pie, milkshakes, and preserves made from wild-harvested Glacier-region berries. The huckleberry — a wild fruit that cannot be commercially cultivated — is the defining food symbol of the Glacier Country region.
