Museum at the Carnegie (Port Angeles)

Built in 1919 and designed in the Classical Revival style, the old Carnegie Library in downtown Port Angeles is now managed by the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, who use it to display cultural and historical materials related to the tribe and other peoples of the Olympic Peninsula. The building's exterior features bricks laid in Flemish bond, arched second-floor windows, and a large arched window above the main entrance. Inside, the former reading room retains its decorative woodwork and two fireplaces. Appointments are requested in advance.
